September 2011 - PROJECT : ENCORE™ chosen as composer pool for Sing New York! Big Sing Premiere Competition
PROJECT : ENCORE™ Composers have been chosen again to be the pool from which next year's Sing New York! 'Big Sing' premiere w
ork will be chosen. If you're a composer who wants to be eligible for this competition, you must first be a Project Encore accepted composer. Submissions for this quarter are due by October 15. 6/15/2011 - PROJECT ENCORE™ Composer Wayne Eastwood's submission for premiere 'love is more thicker than forget', accepted and performed at NY Choral Consortium's Choral Convergence Concert.
- PROJECT ENCORE™ were the pool drawn from for the submission of a new work for performance at the culminating event of the New York Choral Consortium's SingNY festival, the choral convergence concert. SCH Season 16 Featured Composer Wayne Eastwood's piece 'love is more thicker than forget' was chosen, and as part of this process, was added to the PROJECT : ENCORE™ database of vetted works.
